Operations - Wallace

Job Requirements:

Agwrx Cooperative Elevator is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full time Operations focused person to join the Agwrx team. This position will focus on assisting with all operations in grain and/or agronomy. This person will be responsible for day to day operations. This position will be based out of Wallace, SD.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 /hour DOE, plus benefits

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (overtime will be required during Spring and Fall)

Location: Wallace, SD

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities and Duties

· Efficiently load and unload semi-trucks

· Grading grain samples

· Grain handling including drying, segregating, filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring and blending grain.

· Equipment maintenance

· Perform duties safely within company policies, guidelines and in accordance with governmental regulations.

· Ability to work in a high paced work environment during harvest.

· Candidate must be willing to engage with customers and be able to work well in a team environment.

Be a part of the team that loads grain trains.

Be willing to travel to other facilities to support those operations teams.

· Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

· Lifting 50lbs - 75lbs

· Able to climb ladders

· Shovel grain

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
