Location Manager - Clark

Job Requirements:

Agwrx Coop Elevator is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full time Location Manager position located in Clark, SD. This position will focus on managing all day to day operations at this location. This candidate will need to have the ability to think on their feet and quickly problem solve to insure efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a team
• Focus on quality customer service and meeting the needs of the customer
• Willing to engage with customers and be able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lead in a team environment
• Oversee grain facilities including focus on quality control and grain management.
• Grain handling including probing, grading grain, drying, segregating, filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring and blending grain.
• Bin selection and management
• Efficiently load and unload semi-trucks
• Equipment and facility maintenance
• Perform duties safely within company policies, guidelines and in accordance with all governmental regulations.
• Ability to work well in a high paced environment and problem solve quickly.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lb - 70lbs
• Able to climb ladders
• Shovel grain
• Work in a dusty environment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 3-years related elevator experience and/or training. Management experience preferred.

$65,000 - $75,000 Depending On Experience, Plus Benefits

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Standards hours 8am-5pm) (Extended seasonal hours)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
