Compensation: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience), plus benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Extended seasonal hours and overtime as needed)

Essential Functions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain a Commercial Applicator License.
• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of applicator equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide support in the Grain Department as needed.
• Follow instructions carefully and effectively implement tasks as directed.
• Operate equipment safely, in compliance with all DOT requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in an environment with chemicals
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; or one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial application preferred.
• Current Applicator License or ability to obtain one.
• A valid Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety.
